A short drive away is the Nuraghe Losa, standing on
its own and built in stages around 1500 BC.
The central tower (still 13m high) has three outlying towers, as well as
other remains of a village.
The interior structure is complex, with stairs
to an upper level (it used to have a third storey) and
various other chambers,
alcoves, and outlying defensive towers.
