We were driven to Punta Arenas, world’s most southern
city, where we ate a good dinner –
we had the wonderful seafood and left the barbecued lamb (above) for later
in the trip.
Our plans to look around the city the next morning were unexpectedly cancelled
when it
turned out that our departure time was 10am rather than 3pm
