L1Calo Software Meeting at RAL on 19 July 2001

This meeting was almost entirely dedicated to discussing our draft requirements document.Many comments on the first draft were received by email and others were brought up at the meeting.
The evolving draft, which has been updated since the meeting to incorporate most of the comments, is available here.
The next steps will be to sort out issues related to software organisation, eg finalising the packages and starting to define them better.
One major area of uncertainly is related to the readout. We need to discuss this further and agree a strategy.
Next meetings
A meeting to discuss readout issues with people from UCL was later organised on 3 August.It was hoped that the next software meeting would include a video conference element with Oliver - but so far it has not been possible to arrange this.
