I am mainly working on the
Level 1 Calorimeter Trigger
for
ATLAS.
I also spend a little time on
H1
where I was responsible for some online monitoring software.
I still have some overall responsibility for the physics departmental
network.
ATLAS Experiment
I am mainly involved with developing the online software for the
calorimeter trigger
of the
ATLAS
experiment at
CERN.
H1 Experiment
My diminishing involvement in
H1
at
DESY
has been to provide online monitoring
software for firstly the scintillator systems (TOF and Veto walls), and
secondly the Spacal TDC system. I also wrote a low level VME test utility
(Zaradann). All this software runs on (extremely ancient) Macintoshes.
Network Management
I am responsible for the Physics department network.
Some network information is available
to local users.
